"Lovely tiles that brought back a nice memory"
I’m really pleased with these tiles, especially for the price. They look much better than I expected and didn’t cost a fortune. When they were finally down, it actually reminded me of my gran’s old kitchen, which made the whole room feel a bit more special. Delivery was smooth too, so I’d definitely use them again.

"Easy return and quick refund"
I ordered a few tiles from totaltiles.co.uk and, after seeing them in the room, realised I preferred a different shade. Bit of a small win really, because I caught it before committing to the whole lot.
Sending the extras back was straightforward, and the returns info on the site was clear enough to follow. I did email once just to double-check something and got a helpful reply without any fuss.
The refund landed quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. I’d been expecting a bit of a faff, but it was all painless, so I’d happily use them again

"Delivery was fine, but I was honestly a bit frustrated"
I ordered some tiles and they did arrive safely, which I was relieved about, but the delivery felt slower than I expected. The tracking was okay, though I ended up waiting around longer than I’d planned, which was annoying. Nothing was damaged, thankfully, so that part was good. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit disappointing and average for me

I ordered a few tile samples and they arrived really quickly, they were packed well with no chips or mess or anything, and it made choosing the right one so much easier once I could see them in person.

"A few of the tiles turned up..."
A few of the tiles turned up chipped, which was a bit frustrating, and it took longer than I expected to hear back. I kept checking my emails and the receipt details to make sure I had the order info right. Once I finally got through to someone, they arranged replacements and kept me updated well enough. It wasn’t the smoothest experience, but they did sort it out in the end, so I can’t complain too much.

I reached out with a question and they got back to me really quickly. Compared to other support teams I’ve dealt with, this felt much smoother, and they actually helped sort things out right away.

"Good tiles, packaging was mostly fine"
I ordered about a few boxes of tiles and they arrived around when I expected them to. The packaging was decent overall, with plenty of cardboard around the edges.
One corner of one box was a bit bashed, so I was a little worried at first, but the tiles inside were totally fine. Maybe they could use a bit more padding, but no real issues

"Delivery showed up when they said it would"
Ordered some tiles from totaltiles.co.uk and was a bit worried about the delivery side of it. But it turned up on the exact day they said it would, so that was a relief. Driver was decent enough and all the tiles were fine, nothing smashed or chipped. Really happy with how it went tbh, I’d order from them again.

I needed the tiles quickly and wasn’t sure they’d really have them in stock like they said. But they did, which was a nice surprise. Picked them up without any hassle, so I’m happy with it

I ordered some bathroom tiles i’m really happy with how they turned out. They feel solid, the colour matched the photos well, and none of them were chipped when they arrived. For the price, I wasn’t expecting them to look as good as they do, but they’re up now and they’ve made the bathroom look great. Overall, I’d say they were definitely worth it and I’d happily use Total Tiles again.

"Loads of choice, but I felt a bit ignored"
They’ve got a great range of tiles and plenty to choose from, which I really liked. The only downside was that I felt a bit ignored while I was there, so the experience wasn’t quite as good as it could’ve been.
